I've been making an attempt to reduce weight for years. I take 2 steps forward and 4 backwards. It's all the time an up and down fight. I never seem to make a lot progress. I'll start a weight loss program, do nicely for awhile, then return to my outdated habits. I do it time and time again. Effectively, I am joyful to say that due to websites like yours I been able to lose 47 pounds up to now! You articles keep me motivated. Everyday I attempt to learn on something new to maintain my excitement and keep on going onward. Thanks!

Any kind of weight loss is so hard and complicated today that people need all the help they can get when it comes to figuring out all the many so called easy weight loss tips that seem to be everywhere. I searched and found plenty of weight loss e-books on the internet, but most of them were rubbish. If you look hard enough for anything, I guess you'll find it in the end.

Thanks for the information Francine. Its always good to look at alternatives and maybe this is one reason why some diets fail, but you're probably correct in that it may account for only a small fraction of obesity in the US and other westernised countries.

The main reason for obesity is of course a combination of eating too much junk food or processed food and a sedentary lifestyle. Advertisers have a lot to do with the junk food problem as they make those burgers look so tasty and inviting and desirable to consumers, when what they really are is an early death conveniently wrapped in a sesame bun!
