Welcome to the Health-image resources section of this website where we provide you with health related information and merchandise to help you maintain a healthy body and lifestyle. On this health topics page we look at the Health Plan Administrators.

This page was originally devised to promote these administrators but the promotion is no longer available through this page. As such, the need for its information is not really necessary. However, we have decided to keep the page active on the website to include some useful information on the way in which certain health plans can be of benefit. There is some useful information on health plans that can be obtained from the website of the US Department of Labor and we have paraphrased the opening paragraph of one such page below:

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) requires plan administrators to give plan participants in writing the most important facts they need to know about their retirement and health benefit plans. This information includes plan rules, financial information and relevant documents on the operation and management of the plan. Some of these facts must be provided to participants regularly and automatically by the plan administrator. Others should be available upon request, free of charge or for copying fees.

Personal Health

For many people, the idea of keeping healthy is a personal one and something that individual like to take reponsibility for. That means eating a sensible and healthy diet, keeping unhealthy choices to low to moderate levels and to maintain a daily exercise and activity regimen. This is an excellent way to maintain a healthy physical body if a person is able and even where limitations of mobility are present, some forms of mild exercise are still possible and desirable.

However you look at it, getting an education on personal health is important because knowing what your body needs and what you need to do in order to satisfy those needs is how you'll maintain your own health. Remember, no one else can make you healthy or unhealthy. Ultimately, a person's health is their responsibility and theirs alone!
