		<description>Nice article! I&#039;ve been reading about the milk/calcium debate quite a bit recently. One thing that shocks me is that while milk DOES contain a lot of calcium, the net effect on our bodies from drinking milk is that we LOSE calcium! This is because of the acid load that the protein in the milk puts on our body. We then use calcium salts FROM OUR BONES to neutralize this acid. The dairy lobby has done a great job of (mis)informing us.</description>
