Diet - Obviously you’ll want to change you’re diet however it will mainly involve cutting out unhealthy foods such as pizza, French fries and chocolate biscuits. In addition to this you should also be eating more fruit and vegetables and cut down on alcohol.

Focus on your health – So many people obsess about weight loss and this might actually make things more difficult for you because you’ll become frustrated and depressed. If you just allow your main aims to be healthy and happy then you’ll find the weight will just drop off you gradually.
